When will you be billed for your Total Package Monthly Wash Plan?

You will be billed for your Total Package Monthly Wash Plan the day that you sign-up. From there on, we will auto draft your credit card on your monthly anniversary date.

Can you buy a membership with cash?

No, memberships must be purchased with a credit or debit card.

What are the Terms for your Total Package Monthly Wash Plan?
  • We automatically charge your credit card on your purchase anniversary date each month
  • You may cancel at any time with no penalty or fees after you have met terms of any Monthly Special Offers
  • Monthly Wash Plans can wash once per day
  • Monthly Wash Plans are per vehicle and for personal use only
  • Uber, Lyft, Taxis, Limos, and Commercial Vehicles are not eligible for Monthly Wash Plans although special programs are available
  • We reserve the right to terminate Monthly Wash Plans at any time and for any reason including excessive use
  • We reserve the right to terminate your Monthly Wash Plan if your credit card is declined
  • Prices subject to change at any time
Can I use my Total Package Monthly Wash Plan on other vehicles?

Total Package Monthly Wash Plans can only be used on one vehicle. If you would like to have Monthly Wash Plan benefits for your other vehicles, you can easily purchase a second plan. If you have a fleet of commercial vehicles, check out our Fleet Services.

What happens if I get a new license plate or a new car?

Simply stop into the office at the wash and let us know so we can transfer your account to your new license plate.

Can you change your license plate online?

No, you will need to stop into the office at the wash.

How do I cancel my Total Package Monthly Wash Plan?

If you must go, please stop by the wash and we will help you cancel your plan.

What information do we need to cancel your membership?

We need the license plate number on the account.

What happens when you cancel my Total Package Monthly Wash Plan?

Your account will become inactive at the end of this billing period and your account will no longer be charged.

What Vehicles Do We Not Wash?
  • Vehicles that are too high, 7’ 2″ maximum clearance
  • Vehicles with lowered suspensions, minimum of 4″ clearance
  • Vehicles with extra wide tires, tires no wider than 13”
  • Vehicles with extra wide width, width cannot exceed 84”
  • Vehicles with caked on mud
  • Vehicles with 5th wheels
  • Vehicles with body damage, loose parts or trim, or after-market accessories
  • Trucks with dual tires configuration.
  • Open bed pickup trucks with any loose items and/or debris. Bed must be completely cleared prior to entering the wash tunnel.
  • Trucks with racks or hitches of any type

*We reserve the right to refuse to wash any vehicle that we determine at our sole discretion may experience damage or cause damage to our machinery or other vehicles.

Your car is wrapped, can it be run through the wash?

Ask the company that installed/sold you the wrap.

  • Antennas
  • Shark Fin Antennas
  • Bug Shields
  • Luggage Racks
  • Running boards
  • Wipers
  • Vehicles with pre-existing damage
  • Any non-factory installed items
  • Vehicles with expired manufacturer’s warranty
